Role Description

This role focuses on supporting payroll and HRIS transformation initiatives, including compensation administration, system configuration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processes, legislative compliance, and ERP transformation support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting compensation updates, negotiated pay adjustments, salary structure changes, and payroll-related business processes.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and updating HRIS/payroll system configuration, employee records, compensation elements, work schedules, and workforce-related settings.
• Experience supporting statutory, legislative, tax, pension, and regulatory payroll updates, including system changes and validation.
• Experience supporting payroll year-end activities, including system updates, testing, reconciliation, validation, and issue resolution.
• Strong experience with system updates, patches, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, payroll validation, defect investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Experience supporting end-to-end enterprise system transformation initiatives, including test planning, execution, cutover, deployment, operational readiness, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Experience with onboarding activities for newly elected or appointed officials and other employee groups.
• Experience with seasonal workforce transitions and related HR/payroll administration.
• Experience with workforce scheduling and related configuration updates within HR systems.
