Role Description

The Microsoft Dynamics F&O 365 HCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, focusing on the Human Capital Management (HCM) module. The consultant will:

• Implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions focusing specifically on the Human Capital Management (HCM) module.
• Analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and recommend enhancements to align with organizational goals and improve user experiences.
• Facilitate end-user training and support, ensuring seamless adoption and proficient use of the HCM system.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including setup configurations and process mappings, to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead or co-lead project teams, mentoring junior consultants and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics F&O 365 HCM.
• In-depth understanding of international labor laws, particularly in Africa, Lebanon, Egypt, and the GCC region.
• Demonstrable knowledge of HR processes and best practices in a consulting or business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and user support for end-users of Microsoft Dynamics F&O 365 HCM.
• Advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Prior consulting experience in HR technology implementations.
• Proven leadership in managing small to medium project teams.
• Knowledge of additional HRIS systems or payroll integrations.
• Arabic native fluency.
• English proficiency.
