[Hiring] Manager, Talent Acquisition @Cable ONE

Role Description

The Manager of Talent Acquisition leads the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition function and is responsible for delivering effective recruiting strategies, exceptional hiring manager support across the organization, and a high-quality candidate experience spanning the candidate lifecycle.

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Partners closely with business leaders, external vendors, and other corporate teams.
• Attracts and hires top talent.
• Manages talent acquisition operations, recruiting technology, workforce reporting, and process optimization.
• Reports to the Senior Director, HR / Talent Management.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Prior experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters or recruiting teams.
• Strong understanding of recruiting operations, workforce planning, and best practices.
• Experience developing and interpreting recruiting metrics and dashboards.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate recruiting data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders across multiple organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Experience with Workday Recruiting or other enterprise applicant tracking systems.
• Experience supporting recruiting technology platforms such as HiredScore, HireVue, Appcast, or comparable solutions.
• Experience managing external recruiting vendors and strategic partnerships.
• Experience utilizing labor market intelligence and compensation benchmarks.
• Telecommunications, technology, utilities, or multi-location operational recruiting experience.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, AIRS, or related professional certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
