Role Description

We’re looking for a Manager, HRIS & People Technology to join our HRIS & People Technology team and lead our HR technology strategy, systems roadmap, and HRIS team, serving as the functional owner of our HR technology ecosystem.

This role will oversee:

• UKG Pro
• Workforce management
• Integrations
• HR data infrastructure
• People technology initiatives that enable a scalable, data-driven People function

You’ll partner closely with:

• People Operations
• Compensation
• Recruiting
• IT
• Finance
• Data teams

What You’ll Do:

• Own the HR technology roadmap, including UKG Pro, WFM, Benefits Administration, and related systems
• Lead HRIS administration, configuration, security, and governance
• Oversee HR system integrations and data flows across the People technology ecosystem
• Partner with IT and Data teams to improve reliability, scalability, and reporting infrastructure
• Lead HR technology work associated with major initiatives, acquisitions, and system implementations
• Establish strong operational processes, documentation, and governance
• Develop and lead a small team of HRIS professionals and external partners

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience
• Significant UKG Pro experience, ideally including WFM
• Experience leading HR technology implementations and integrations
• Strong understanding of HR data architecture and system design
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving
