Role Description

As our Labor Relations Specialist, your role is key to Boeing’s organization in Europe. You will be responsible for:

• Supporting European teams in managing their employee representative bodies.
• Helping to roll out company projects.
• Ensuring that risks are identified along with appropriate action plans.
• Aiming to strengthen employee engagement by identifying and removing frustrations and irritants.
• Implementing actions to improve working conditions.

The position is based in Germany and is 100% virtual. Travel within Germany and across Europe is required, with trips planned independently according to project and operational needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Employee/Labor Relations/HR with labor relations responsibilities, including works council management in Germany.
• Experience in works council management/works council support in Germany.
• Experience with HR, labor, and employment-related laws, policies, and procedures.
• Extensive experience working in a company with union involvement.
• Experience managing sensitive labor issues requiring emotional intelligence to effectively resolve conflicts and support employee well-being.
• Fluent in German and English.

Requirements

• Experience with collective agreement negotiations or with European project management is a plus.
• Master degrees in HR, Employment law, and similar.
