[Hiring] HRIS Workday Expert @Galileo Global Education

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Workday Expert to join our international HRIS team. We are open to external consultant or 6-month fixed term employee. This is a part-time (20h) remote role with close collaboration across global HR teams as well as local colleagues in GGE HUB.

You will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and developing our Workday environment, partnering with HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient, user-focused HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience working with Workday HRIS.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Previous experience supporting Workday HCM and related modules.

• Comfortable working with HR systems, integrations, and data management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools is an advantage.
• Interest in AI tools and digital innovation.
