Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or PEO environments
• Exposure to US-based HR operations is highly preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Tech confidence using CRM platforms and ticketing systems
• Must pass the WPM test

Requirements

• Gather and assess customer information through active listening
• Clarify concerns by asking targeted questions and researching issues
• Identify root causes and determine effective resolutions
• Explain solutions clearly and guide customers through next steps
• Train users on HR and technology platforms
• Expedite corrections or adjustments when needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure issue resolution
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction
• Make decisions that balance customer needs and business interests
• Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance service quality
• Document all interactions accurately in the ticketing system
