Role Description

We are seeking experienced HR and People Operations Experts to contribute to an AI training project by designing realistic, multi-step HR tasks with objective grading criteria. The role involves transforming real-world HR workflows into structured benchmark tasks that evaluate AI systems' reasoning, accuracy, and practical decision-making. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design multi-step tasks based on real HR workflows, including payroll operations, workforce planning, HR policy application, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Develop clear instructions and objective grading criteria to ensure consistent evaluation.
• Create tasks that require sound judgment, accurate document interpretation, and practical HR decision-making.
• Prepare supporting materials, including HR policies, payroll reports, headcount data, and employment agreements.
• Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks and refine them before submission.
• Deliver high-quality, approved tasks within project deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience developing or applying structured standards, including HR policies, payroll checklists, process documentation, compliance frameworks, or training assessments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work across spreadsheets, reports, and policy documents.
• HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency (B2 minimum; C1 preferred).
• Experience with AI or LLM evaluation is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Engagement: Project-based, with payment per approved task.
• Compensation: Up to $90/hour equivalent.
• Estimated Time: Approximately 10 hours per task.
• Work Mode: Fully remote, with no geographic restrictions.
• Language Requirement: B2-level English minimum; C1 preferred.
