Role Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who has a strong track record of working as a hands-on individual contributor. This is not a people-management or purely supervisory role. We need someone who is comfortable personally doing the work, managing HR processes from start to finish, solving operational issues, and continuously improving how HR operates.

The successful candidate should have proven experience in:

• Learning & Development
• Performance Management and KPI administration
• Payroll
• Compensation & Benefits
• Employee lifecycle processes
• HR reporting and documentation

We are especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate that they have:

• Maintained existing HR processes
• Identified problems and improved workflows
• Introduced better controls and reduced manual work
• Helped automate HR processes

A strong growth mindset is essential. You should be curious, adaptable, willing to learn new systems and technologies, and comfortable challenging inefficient ways of working.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on HR Generalist / HR Management experience
• Proven experience working as an individual contributor
• Strong hands-on experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR work end to end
• Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and analytical skills
• Good understanding of HR systems, employee data, and HR operational controls
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities without close supervision
• Strong English communication skills
• A clear growth mindset

Requirements

• Experience in HR workflow automation
• HRIS implementation or improvement
• Microsoft Power Automate / Power Apps
• Microsoft 365 / SharePoint
• ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI tools
• AI-enabled workflow automation
• HR dashboards and reporting automation
• Automated payroll, attendance, performance, or L&D workflows
• Low-code / no-code platforms

Candidates without direct automation experience may still be considered if they demonstrate strong digital capability, curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools.

Preferred Background

• Experience in a multinational, FMCG, manufacturing, food, or fast-growing organization
• Experience supporting multiple departments, locations, or regional employees
• Exposure to HRIS implementation, migration, or digital transformation
• Experience developing HR dashboards, KPI reports, or workforce analytics
• Experience improving HR processes rather than simply maintaining existing ones
