[Hiring] HR Generalist @3Pillar

Role Description

The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient running business of the department and implementation of Talent Projects. We are looking for an ambitious Senior Level professional to get involved in strategic and running business talent processes, blending compliance knowledge with HR principles and practices, having responsibility for the process ownership for Romania, Czech Republic, Republic of Moldova:

• Talent relations:
  • Provides day-to-day advice to employees on general Talent related queries, Policies and Procedures, and Labor Law.
  • Has a hands-on approach for the full employment contract process (hiring process; contract changes; contract suspension; contract termination).
  • Maintains the employee’s personal files according to policy and legal requirements.
• Engagement and employee experience:
  • Creates, deploys and updates employee engagement projects with a focus on enhancing the employee's experience.
  • Drives company transformation projects, including engagement, employer branding and organizational culture initiatives.
• Policies management:
  • Ensures compliance with local laws and practices, develops and implements policies and procedures (e.g. Internal Regulation, Collective bargain agreement, Leave policy, Benefits policy).
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement, challenges the status-quo, and provides guidelines and best practices.
• Compliance:
  • Ensures policies and processes are up to date and compliant with the applicable Romanian legislation.
  • Identifies and recommends process updates based on the applicable legislation changes.
  • Responsible for day-to-day compliance with the process’s rollout.
  • Maintains a sharp approach to the new legal changes and provides solutions for exact implementation.

  • Keeps close collaboration with the existing vendors and acts to maintain the daily business operations.

Qualifications

• Proven HR generalist; HR Business Partner; HR specialist expertise (5 - 7 years).
• University degree in the field of Human Resources; Economics; Law.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian applicable employment laws and regulations in matter of HR related processes and GDPR holistic knowledge.
• Strong process ownership and accountability mindset.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, responsibility and compliance impact (especially Declaration 112 data input impact).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Can do attitude with a solution focus and a hands-on approach to close open loops.
• An appetite for continuous improvement and learning, keeping up to date the process and policies with the new Romanian laws changes.
• Holistic understanding of the business expectations, and you have the courage to take action and decisions in order to close open loops and deliver expected results without guidance.
