[Hiring] HR Generalist @Perseus Group

Role Description

• Act as a single point of contact for designated employees and/or business unit(s).
• Proactively support the delivery of HR processes and manage assigned HR projects.
• Be a preliminary point of contact for managers for employee relations issues; involve the Director of HR at the appropriate time.
• New hire onboarding for designated groups.
• Assist with the administration of company benefits including, but not limited to enrollment, termination, and education for designated groups.
• Support and partner with the Payroll Manager as needed.
• General maintenance/use within Workday (HRIS) & Paylocity.
• Provide necessary training to employees and managers, as required.
• Build strong business relationships with internal clients.
• Ensure compliance with necessary legislative practices and actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes as necessary.
• General HR support and assist with HR Projects, as assigned.
• Manage OSHA log & workplace safety to include workers comp claims.

Requirements

• The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$144,031.68 - CAD$176,038.72 per year.
