Role Description

Lasko Products is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Data Coordinator to support an employee records project. This individual will extract employee data and documents from UKG and organize them in Microsoft OneDrive, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and easy to locate. This role can be remote.

• Extract and download employee data and documents from UKG.
• Organize files in OneDrive using consistent folder structures and naming conventions.
• Review records for completeness and flag missing or duplicate information.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures for handling employee information.
• Provide project updates and coordinate with HR to resolve questions.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and OneDrive.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable completing repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Prior HR, data entry, or administrative experience preferred; UKG experience is a plus.
• Must be able to complete tasks with high level of accountability and low supervision.
