Role Description

The HR Coordinator will work closely with the Recruiters to strategize and execute daily pre-employment activities. The HR Coordinator will work in ATS and HRIS to assist with sourcing, candidate engagement, onboarding, and collaborating with operations focusing on interview experience. HR coordinators will be responsible for collecting compliance documents, storing documents in HRIS files, and ensuring each applicant has successfully completed necessary onboarding tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Associates Degree in Healthcare Security and/or Business Administration

Requirements

• Minimum Work Experience: 2 Years HR Admin duties
• Preferred Work Experience: 4 Years Security Duties
• Licenses / Training: None required
• Skills / Specialized Knowledge:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Security
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong ability to work with little direct supervision

Benefits

• Salary Range: $26-$28/hr.
• Work Location: Remote, 25% Travel
