Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a HRBP supporting business leaders
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on centralized HR teams
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders
• Strong critical thinking and business acumen

Requirements

• Collaborate with business managers to align HR practices with business objectives
• Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and management development
• Lead strategic employee engagement initiatives
• Apply change management theories to complex organizational changes
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and leaders

• Advise the business on key people trends using data analysis
