Role Description

The Care Team is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support leaders and employees across our growing organization. This is an opportunity for an HR professional who wants to move beyond transactional HR and serve as a trusted partner to leadership while directly influencing employee experience, retention, and organizational success.

• Work closely with regional and branch leaders to navigate employee relations, performance management, compliance, organizational change, and workforce challenges.
• Manage your region while partnering with HR leadership and Centers of Excellence to develop practical solutions that support both employees and the business.
• Build relationships with leaders, understand branch dynamics, identify opportunities, and help move the organization forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner experience required.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, investigations, performance management, employment practices, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to coach and advise leaders at multiple levels of the organization.
• Strong judgment, discretion, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage competing priorities.
• Experience supporting multiple locations, organizational growth, or acquisition integration preferred.
• Healthcare, Hospice, Home Health, or another highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, leave administration, and employee investigations preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Requirements

• Remote Position – Must Reside in Michigan.
• Full-Time | Exempt.
• Travel to Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois branches locations as business needs require.
• Multi-site HR Business Partner role.
