IC Recruiting is expanding our network of freelance recruiters across Bulgaria. If you have experience and want flexible extra earnings, this is a simple and effective way to do it.

You will source, screen, and manage candidates for roles in IT, Finance, Hospitality, and Manufacturing. This is a remote, commission-based role. You control your workload. You decide when and how much you work.

• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Using LinkedIn, job boards, and online tools
• Coordinating interviews and collecting feedback
• Communicating clearly with candidates
• Building a steady pipeline for ongoing roles
• Understanding each client’s needs and company culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months recruitment experience
• Experience in IT, Finance, Sales, Hospitality, or Manufacturing
• Strong English skills
• Confident use of LinkedIn and sourcing tools
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage your own time

Requirements

• Nice to have: Boolean search skills
• Sales or account management experience
