[Hiring] Employee Listening & Insights Specialist @Veralto

Role Description

Veralto is seeking an Employee Listening & Insights Specialist to contribute to the mission of the People Insights team, which is to position HR as a data-driven organization by actioning insights through operations. This role is a key member of the People Insights team, which enables data-driven decision support that enables our operating companies to deliver high performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead enterprise employee listening programs, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, lifecycle listening, and sentiment analysis initiatives to enable continuous and actionable organizational feedback.
• Analyze and interpret survey and workforce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that inform and influence talent and business strategies.
• Develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs, business leaders, and external vendors to support employee listening and experience initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain scalable processes, standards, and best practices for employee listening programs.
• Support leaders in translating employee feedback and survey results into meaningful actions and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance employee experience programs, survey processes, and insight delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, Analytics or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in employee listening, employee experience, people analytics, organizational development or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated proficiency in survey methodology, question design, construct validity, data reliability and research best practices.
• Experience building collaborative, cross-functional relationships with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Proficiency with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, UKG or similar, including experience creating reports, dashboards and visualizations.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to support process standardization and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, or advanced training or certification in survey research, statistics, people analytics or change management.
• Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills, with the ability to translate findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using advanced research and analytical techniques such as driver analysis, segmentation analysis or statistical analysis related to employee engagement and experience.
• Familiarity with organizational change, culture, leadership effectiveness or workforce planning.
• Experience supporting survey action planning and helping leaders translate employee feedback into measurable actions and outcomes.
