[Hiring] Employee Engagement Programs Lead @Parachute Health

Role Description

As our Engagement Program Lead, you'll own how Parachute comes together. You'll run the logistics and execution behind our employee programs including:

• Company offsite
• Department and team gatherings
• People & Culture programs running day to day

You'll also be responsible for:

• Standing up Offsite-in-a-Box: a set of vetted vendors, templates, and budget tools
• Making in-person time count and facilitating teams to create it themselves

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in event program management, employee experience, or a related operations role
• Experience owning a multi-day offsite or large company event for 300+ people
• Comfortable sourcing vendors and negotiating contracts
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Judgment with confidential information
• Daily, active use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI)
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Notion, Google Workspace)
• Desire to work in a startup environment with a proactive mindset
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10-20% travel)

Requirements

• Real budget ownership: tracking spend and reconciling with Finance
• Experience supporting a remote-first or distributed workforce (nice to have)
• Experience supporting an employee resource group or culture council (nice to have)
• Familiarity with offsite planning platforms or vendor marketplaces (nice to have)
• Healthcare or health tech experience (nice to have)
