[Hiring] Early Careers Talent Acquisition Lead @RTX

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Lead to support recruitment activities across the EMEA region. This is a remote-based role for candidates based in the UK.

The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to understand Early Career workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market insight, and the ability to identify and attract top talent in a competitive landscape.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with and influence business leaders to define Early Careers hiring requirements and talent strategies
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and channels
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer
• Provide insights and guidance on Early Careers market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent planning
• Build and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships to ensure a positive recruitment experience
• Be an advocate for Early Careers recruitment, providing Early Careers talent insights and data to senior stakeholders and business partners
• Work to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices
• Build and own vendor and third-party engagement and program activities to advance the Collins Aerospace Early Careers brand and talent pipeline

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment within Early Careers across EMEA
• Strong understanding and experience of Early Careers recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
• Proven talent-sourcing capabilities including experience in creating and engaging high-volume and niche talent pools
• Experience in employer branding with a focus on Early Careers talent
• Experience in building and identifying partnerships across EMEA to convert into Early in careers hiring programs e.g. Universities, Colleges, vendors etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in data management processes
• Ability to coach, review and delegate work to supporting team and stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail, with robust organisational skills including strong scheduling and coordination competencies
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to company sites, assessment days, career events & fairs, with travel expected to account for approximately 20% each quarter

Requirements

• Fluency in German and/or French is preferable
