Role Description

ADP is hiring a Client HR Business Partner III to support clients throughout the San Francisco/San Jose Bay Area. This is a fully remote opportunity which requires regular travel to client sites throughout the San Francisco/San Jose region.

In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Responsibilities

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve: Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies. Solve client problems by identifying solutions and working independently to resolve issues. Provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations: Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues. Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up. Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction while holding yourself to the highest ethical standards.
• Provide Recommendations and Educate: Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients. Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be in the Bay Area (CA) to support our clients as the role requires regular travel to client sites.
• At least 8-12 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
• At least 8-12 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
• A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Acceptable experiences could include military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR Certification or willing to pursue in the first year.
• Extensive knowledge with Employee Relation Investigations.
