[Hiring] Client Human Resources Business Partner III @ADP

Role Description

ADP is hiring a field Client HR Business Partner III. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located in Salt Lake City, UT and surrounding areas. While the role is home-based, the selected candidate will be expected to meet with clients in person on a regular basis throughout the Salt Lake City market.

In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve:
  • Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
  • Resolve client problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions.
  • Work independently to resolve issues and proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations:
  • Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues.
  • Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up.
  • Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction.
  • Hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of Integrity is Everything.
• Provide Recommendations and Educate:
  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
• >5% travel anticipated.
• A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences could include:
  • Experience noted above, OR
  • Military Experience.

Requirements

• HR Certification or willing to pursue in the first year.
