Role Description

The Vice President (VP), Human Resources provides strategic, operational, and communications support for human capital initiatives aligned with organizational growth and Company objectives. The VP works in partnership with HR department leadership and General Managers on the implementation and management of human resources activities including:

• Employee relations
• Benefits
• Compensation
• Talent acquisition

The VP ensures strategic priorities are effectively communicated and implemented across global business units by providing feedback regarding specific needs for the business organizations they support. Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, the VP recommends and evaluates legally compliant policies, procedures, and best practices to align with human capital management goals.

The VP also provides direct leadership for the Talent Acquisition team outside of India.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-9 years of experience directing 5 or more personnel in a managerial role in a human capital function.
• 15+ years of strategic human capital management experience with demonstrated expertise performing at a Director level or similar role.
• 10+ years of experience and familiarity with HRIS systems including ADP WorkforceNow; knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Taleo Business Edition (TBE) preferred; knowledge of Client Relationship Management software (CRM) preferred and working knowledge of compensation systems.
• 10+ years of experience implementing strategic human capital programs and tools from inception to completion.
• Strategic mindset and ability to effectively lead the implementation of initiatives across functional global teams through periods of sustained business growth.
• Proven ability to establish credibility with direct reports, employees, and business partners and ability to build consensus and achieve goals through influence versus direct line authority.
• Detail oriented and organized, with ability to manage and prioritize business activities while directing global human capital teams in a high growth environment.
