Role Description

As an AskHR Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues who need support, helping them navigate HR questions and find clear, accurate answers. You’ll join our Employee Services team, providing first-line support to employees and managers across the business.

• Manage conversations through Live Chat, email, and our case management system.
• Help people understand HR policies and ensure they receive the right support.
• Work closely with colleagues across HR and Employee Services to build your HR knowledge.
• Comfortably manage different queries while adhering to clear policies and processes.
• Be proactive, organised, and patient with great people skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience providing great customer service and managing customer or colleague queries.
• Experience using digital channels such as Live Chat, email, or case management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple queries and priorities.
• A proactive approach, with experience taking ownership of queries or tasks through to resolution.

Requirements

• Salary of circa £28,000 per annum.
• 12-month fixed term contract, working full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• Remote work with the option to work from Hove or Exeter offices.
