Role Description

We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter based in South Africa to join our growing recruitment team. This is a true 360 recruitment role, covering the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and candidate sourcing through to screening, interviewing, candidate management and placement.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent sourcer and recruiter, comfortable working across multiple industries, roles, clients and international markets. You should be adaptable, commercially minded and able to quickly understand different client requirements and talent markets. As our clients operate across different regions, flexibility is essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable working flexible hours when required to accommodate different time zones, particularly across the US, Europe and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development and sourcing through to placement.
• Proactively source, identify and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, qualification and interviews.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple industries and job functions.
• Develop a strong understanding of client requirements, company culture and role specifications.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research across international markets.
• Identify and approach passive candidates through targeted sourcing strategies.
• Identify potential clients and contribute to business development and new recruitment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer processes between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within relevant ATS/recruitment systems.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while prioritising urgent and high-priority vacancies.
• Adapt recruitment strategies based on different countries, industries, talent pools and market conditions.
• Ensure a professional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.

International Recruitment Experience

International recruitment experience is essential. The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience recruiting across at least two, and preferably all three, of the following markets:

• United States
• Europe
• Africa

Experience recruiting across different countries, cultures, employment markets and candidate pools will be highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple industries, including Technology, Engineering and/or Finance.
• International recruitment experience across the US, Europe and/or Africa.
• Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of both candidate and client needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and effectively in a permanent remote working environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
• Able to adapt quickly to new clients, industries and recruitment requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and professional follow-through.
