Role Description
We are looking for an awesome Associate Recruiter to help us attract, identify, and hire great talent.
- Sourcing: Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening: Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Advertising: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
- Database Management and Analysis: Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Talent Scouting: Scout talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- ATS Utilization: Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm: Excited to ask questions and learn more about people and their experiences. You move people quickly through the pipeline.
- Presentation: You represent our company professionally to prospective hires. As our representative, you will help get people excited about the opportunities at Spiralyze.
- Quick Learner: You will understand what Spiralyze does and how the various roles work and you will be able to communicate that clearly to candidates.
- Attention to Detail: You can recognize the attention to detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence with candidates.
- Organization: Must be able to keep track of the various candidates for multiple roles (i.e., their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Required Language: English
- Familiarity with ATS tools.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply, and we’d be happy to train you!
