Role Description
Join Mercier Consultancy as a Freelance English-Speaking Recruiter! We’re looking for a skilled English-speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our team. If you’re passionate about sourcing top talent and matching professionals with the right opportunities, we want to hear from you today!
- Source & attract top-tier English-speaking candidates through job boards, social media, and your own network
- Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, language proficiency, and suitability for various roles
- Work closely with our senior team to ensure successful placements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently
- Keep ATS records updated with detailed candidate profiles for future reference
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) – non-negotiable
- Full-time availability
- Proven experience in sourcing, headhunting, and recruiting English-speaking talent (especially in SaaS, BPO, or multilingual sectors)
- Own access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator (minimum) with at least 10,000 connections
- Excellent communication & people skills with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently
- Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills
- Experience using ATS and recruitment software
