Role Description
This role is designed for talented individuals who are passionate about recruitment and are searching for a flexible work environment. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting businesses with the top talent they need to succeed.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for different roles
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and market developments
- Document all recruitment activities accurately for tracking and reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
- Comfortable using technology and online platforms for sourcing and communication
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
