Role Description
This role involves ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for top-tier Outsourced Professionals while maintaining high performance standards.
- Conducting 90-Day Fulfillment & Performance Check-Ins
- Calendar & Meeting Coordination
- Administrative Support
- Communication & Relationship Management
Qualifications
- Experience in client communication and relationship management
- Strong organizational skills for calendar and meeting coordination
- Ability to provide administrative support effectively
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Calendar, Gmail, Zoom, and Slack
- Familiarity with AI Software, including AI Notetaker, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
- Experience with ATS Software (Breezy preferred) and CRM Software (ClickUp preferred)
