Role Description
Your Role in Our Journey:
- Continuously build out creative compensation solutions by partnering across the People team, with executive stakeholders and Finance.
- Take full ownership over total rewards programs, including:
- Completing salary surveys (currently working with Radford and TAP Network)
- Benchmarking
- Running compensation reviews
- Completing annual market reviews of salary bands
- Providing compensation training for managers and AMAs on compensation topics
- Work with Canadian (Sun Life), US (Sequoia One) and UK vendors to optimize group benefits.
- Maintain and improve benefits including perks such as Health & Personal Spending Accounts.
- Establish the first pay equity review and set up for annual review.
- Lead the Sr People Operations Partner who manages People Systems and People Analytics.
- Play an active role in setting direction and goals for the People Team.
Qualifications
- IC-first mindset when building total rewards solutions.
- Interest in people data for data-informed decisions.
- Experience building creative compensation solutions.
- Experience across Product Development roles and Customer Support & Sales roles.
- Ability to simplify complex topics into practical solutions.
- Experience with compensation models in Google Sheets.
- Prior people leadership experience is a significant asset.
- Global total rewards experience, particularly in US and UK markets, is a significant asset.
Requirements
- Minimum annual salary of $126,800 and maximum annual salary of $206,100.
- Starting salary of $150,600 reflects full accomplishment in the role.
- Clear communication about compensation fundamentals.
