Role Description
As Senior Events Manager at Jane, you’ll work closely with the Director, Community and the Events Manager to design and execute an events strategy that strengthens Jane’s presence in the EMR and clinic management space.
- Lead a dynamic team of four to create experiences that feel human, helpful, and delightful.
- Oversee Jane’s presence at industry events like conferences and trade shows, as well as customer and field marketing events.
- Manage Jane’s swag program to ensure brand visibility in thoughtful and creative ways.
- Organize company-wide gatherings like annual retreats and larger departmental offsites.
- Travel within Canada and the U.S. to attend and support conferences and events (approximately 10-15% of your time annually).
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in corporate and strategic event marketing.
- 4+ years leading teams.
- Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale events.
- Hands-on experience with event management software and marketing tools (including CRM like HubSpot).
- Clear and confident communicator.
- Resourceful and adaptable leader.
Requirements
- Ability to build strong, cross-functional relationships.
- Experience using data and analytics to measure event performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
- Minimum annual salary of $105,700 and maximum annual salary of $165,100.
- Starting salary of $125,500 for fully accomplished candidates.
