Role Description
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with our pension plan administration software solutions while developing a deep understanding of client needs. As a detail-oriented and analytical professional, you will be responsible for comprehensive quality assurance activities, including:
- Test scenario development
- Test case writing
- Manual script execution
- Defect resolution
The ideal candidate combines methodological approaches with data-driven insights, demonstrating both curiosity and disciplined testing practices. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting junior team members. You will carry out all QA-related tasks according to defined standards, ensuring timely delivery and effective solution implementation that meets our clients' needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyzes technical documents and communicates with stakeholders (functional managers, business analysts, etc.) to understand the scope of testing
- Develops and maintains manual test scripts (positive and negative) based on product evolution
- Prioritizes and executes manual tests according to established priorities
- Documents and tracks anomalies until resolution
- Identifies and proactively communicates potential risks related to deadlines or quality
- Performs peer reviews and supports less experienced resources
- Provides support and training to clients and internal teams as needed
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, or any other related discipline
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
Requirements
- Experience in pension plan administration or financial services industry
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking
- Experience with Selenium and Java
