This is a REMOTE position with NON-NEGOTIABLE hours of 9am to 6pm US EST. We are looking for top recruiters to help us build our team. If that's you, keep reading.

- Sourcing & Recruiting Top Talent: Hunt down and engage high-caliber candidates who are ready to take their careers to the next level.
- Build Strong Relationships: Connect authentically with candidates while understanding their needs, aspirations, and how they align with our culture.
- Streamline the Recruitment Process: Own the hiring lifecycle with a meticulous approach that ensures a seamless and positive experience for all involved.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to pinpoint exactly what we need, offering insights and feedback that shape our talent strategy.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience full-time in recruiting technical and non-technical roles.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to keep track of multiple roles, timelines, and candidates.
- Exceptional ability to connect with individuals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Solution-oriented with determination to navigate through challenges.
- Responsive and responsible, ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the process.

Hours for the job are 9am to 6pm US EST Monday through Friday. This is non-negotiable.
