Role Description
As the first Recruiting Coordinator at Nourish, you’ll play a critical role supporting the Talent Acquisition team and facilitating world-class interview processes for candidates and hiring teams. In this role, you’ll take total ownership of scheduling interviews and will be heavily involved in crafting the process end-to-end, from arranging kickoffs / debriefs to launching requisitions and maintaining data integrity.

This is a great opportunity to learn how a talent team partners with and supports the overall business and take on more responsibility as you progress within the role, including sourcing, screening candidates, and operational projects.
This role is full-time & open to remote but NYC-based candidates strongly preferred (hybrid setup). Our office is in the heart of Union Square.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting all recruiters, take ownership of scheduling all interviews, ensuring timely and consistent momentum for both hiring teams and candidates.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process, including facilitating on-site interviews.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for both candidates and recruiters, proactively addressing any needs and surfacing concerns throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to prioritize scheduling, balancing hiring needs with business priorities.
- Become an operational subject matter expert in our systems (Greenhouse, Goodtime, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related tools), ensuring seamless candidate management and data integrity.
- Manage requisition set-up and job posting processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Continuously refine and enhance interview processes, driving a streamlined and elevated experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Recruiting or HR, supporting high volume operations.
- Experience using leading TA tools (Greenhouse required, Goodtime, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred).
- Meticulously organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in everything you do.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, approaching challenges with a problem-solving mindset and quick thinking.
- Clear and effective communication, both in writing and verbally.
- Extreme ownership of your work, demonstrating a strong work ethic, accountability, and a passion for growth.
- Adaptable, creative, and excel at navigating complex situations with ease.
