Role Description
Mercier Consultancy is seeking a talented Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team on a freelance basis. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we find the best talent to meet our clients' needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Provide guidance to clients on market trends and best practices in recruitment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
