[Hiring] Treasury Specialist @PTV Logistics

Role Description

As a Treasury Specialist (m/f/d), you will support both day-to-day treasury operations and the further development of treasury structures across the group. Working closely with finance stakeholders and external banking partners, you will help improve liquidity management, increase transparency, and drive efficient, reliable treasury processes.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Treasury Operations & Cash Management
  • Support daily treasury activities, including cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and short- and medium-term cash-flow forecasting.
  • Coordinate bank-related processes and act as a point of contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor group-wide cash balances and contribute to efficient cash allocation and liquidity management.
  • Support payment processes, bank account administration, and the management of banking authorizations.
  • Prepare treasury reports and provide reliable data and insights for finance stakeholders and management.
• Treasury Structures & Projects
  • Contribute to the further development of group-wide treasury structures and processes.
  • Support intercompany financing, cash concentration, and cash-pooling initiatives.
  • Help improve treasury systems, reporting tools, documentation, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across the group to increase transparency and standardize treasury processes.
  • Support treasury-related projects and help translate recommendations into practical day-to-day solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Treasury Management, or a comparable commercial qualification.
• Around 3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, ideally gained in an international company, banking environment, or corporate finance function.
• Hands-on experience with cash management, liquidity planning, cash-flow forecasting, and bank-related processes.
• Experience with intercompany financing, cash pooling, bank account administration, or treasury systems is a strong plus.
• A pragmatic, hands-on working style and the ability to translate concepts into effective day-to-day processes.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external banking partners.
• Structured and analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers, processes, and financial data.
• Business-fluent English; German is strongly preferred.
• Self-driven, reliable, and proactive personality with a strong willingness to learn.
