Role Description
We're hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Bank Capital β a commercial team member who will help build and manage Crux's relationships with bank capital providers, supporting coverage, pipeline development, and capital formation across debt, preferred equity, tax equity, and structured products. This person will work closely with the Head of Strategic Bank Capital to expand bank participation across the platform, growing into day-to-day ownership of a set of bank relationships over time.
Strategic Bank Capital is Crux's coverage function for bank capital providers, including investor desks, treasury and principal investing groups, bank-sponsored funds and platforms, and warehouse and forward-flow counterparties. The team owns Crux's bank partnerships end to end, shaping demand early in the transaction lifecycle and working hand in hand with product teams across Capital Solutions. This role will help keep each bank relationship organized, responsive, and moving forward β from first engagement through execution and repeat deployment.
