[Hiring] Senior Analyst, Provider Compensation @Mary Washington Healthcare

Role Description

The Senior Provider Compensation Analyst provides advanced compensation consulting services to Operations, Finance, Human Resources, providers, and other internal stakeholders on provider compensation topics. This position is responsible for:

• Design of specialty compensation models
• Provider productivity analysis and forecasting
• Data analysis
• Provider contract administration
• Survey benchmarking

The Senior Provider Compensation Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on Provider Compensation Philosophy, Policy, and Standards documents, as well as Fair Market Value (FMV) and Commercial Reasonableness industry standards, providing recommendations that support competitive and legally compliant compensation practices.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of compensation or finance, or related experience required.
• A minimum of three years of provider compensation experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, data modeling, forecasting, and data analysis techniques as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret provider compensation, productivity, and benchmark data to support compensation-related decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• AAPCP Credential
• Microsoft Excel Expert Certification

Compensation Pay Range

$47.93 - $71.90
