[Hiring] Consumer Lending Supervisor @Marmon Holdings, Inc.

Role Description

The Consumer Lending Supervisor is responsible for overseeing loan processing and manual underwriting operations to ensure efficient workflow, timely decision-making, and adherence to service level expectations. This role provides leadership and support to processing and underwriting staff by:

• Assigning workloads
• Monitoring productivity and quality
• Conducting coaching and training
• Ensuring compliance with credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

The supervisor also serves as an escalation point for:

• Complex applications
• Merchant inquiries
• Documentation issues
• Operational challenges

Additionally, the supervisor provides hands-on underwriting and processing support as needed to maintain operational excellence and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• At least 3 years of consumer lending, processing, underwriting, or related experience
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience reviewing applications and resolving documentation issues
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered

• Front-line leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Knowledge of consumer lending, loan processing, and manual underwriting
• Ability to apply credit policy and delegated lending authority
• Sound judgment in a high-volume environment
• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with loan systems, Microsoft Office, and fraud tools
