[Hiring] Commercial Finance Manager @Royal Voluntary Service

Role Description

The Commercial Finance Manager is responsible for leading Royal Voluntary Service's (RVS) commercial finance, investment appraisal and business partnering activities, ensuring that strategic investment decisions are underpinned by robust financial analysis and deliver maximum value for the organisation.

• Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering.
• Provides commercial finance leadership across the organisation.
• Partners closely with Executive Directors and operational leaders to improve financial performance.
• Strengthens investment decision-making and maximises return on investment.
• Leads Finance Business Partnering for Retail.
• Acts as the organisation's centre of excellence for investment appraisal, pricing strategy, treasury optimisation and commercial financial modelling.
• This is a highly visible role requiring strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and the ability to influence strategic decisions across the organisation.

Hours: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Location: Home based within the UK, with occasional national travel

• Experience driving commercial performance improvements.
• Experience supporting strategic projects.
• Charity or commercial sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Benefits

• Salary up to £58,215 per annum, dependant upon experience.
