Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in the finance industry

Requirements

Assist with transfer requests.
-
Input and maintain accurate transaction data in Solvas.
-
Receive, verify, and process Standing Settlement Instructions (SSIs), initiating the callback process when required.

Review administrative details and update Solvas and DebtDomain with accurate information.

Assist with bank charge processing and ensure client accounts remain adequately funded.

Reconcile client accounts and coordinate transfer fee reconciliations with the Accounts team.

Send missing notifications to lenders and borrowers, and respond to related queries.

Review basic deal documentation and accurately input relevant information into internal systems.

Support audit requests by preparing and providing the required documentation.

Assist in preparing weekly MIS reports.

Train with Senior Client Services Administrators to develop knowledge of daily operational workflows.

Escalate operational issues and relevant matters promptly to the Team Leader and/or Managers.

Perform due diligence to identify potential fraud, money laundering, and financial or reputational risks.

Comply with the annual leave policy by taking a continuous leave of at least 10 working days each year, unless otherwise approved by management.
