[Hiring] Billing Auditor @DCX

Role Description

The DCX Client Services - Billing Auditor agent will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in billing, accounts payable/receivable, or general admin within a financial setting is ideal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
• Working knowledge of Excel (including formulas and data management)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Requirements

• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English, with excellent phone and email etiquette
• Maintains strong accuracy in billing audits, data entry, and documentation
• Efficiently manages multiple tasks and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems
