Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on CFO with experience in start-ups and hyper-growth companies to drive Converge's financial strategy and scale our operations.

  • Lead capital-raising efforts, build investor confidence, and effectively communicate Converge's financial vision.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support hyper-growth, market expansion, and profitability.
  • Build robust financial models to drive data-driven decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Implement scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support rapid growth.
  • Partner with the CEO to strategically position Converge for maximum valuation and investor appeal.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on business strategy, M&A opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure financial compliance, risk management, and governance best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Expertise in fundraising, capital markets, investor relations, and scaling financial operations.
  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working directly with venture capital, private equity, or institutional investors.
  • Ability to market the company and communicate financials effectively to secure investments.
  • Strong hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.

Requirements

  • Experience in cyber insurance, insurtech, fintech, or SaaS industries is a strong plus.
