Role Description
Gorilla Grip is looking for an International Accountant who will report directly to the Accounting Manager. You will touch all areas of the accounting process in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. If you are passionate about gaining accounting knowledge and playing an important role in the department, this is a great opportunity.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliation, ensuring payments are properly recorded and discrepancies are resolved.
- Help with sales reporting, tracking revenue and identifying any mismatches or missing transactions.
- Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, reconciling key accounts, and updating financial reports.
- Contribute to the bi-weekly cash forecasting process by updating files, running reports, and identifying expected cash inflows and outflows.
- Help review and reconcile average costs, ensuring accurate product cost tracking alongside senior team members.
- Work on basic financial reports and ad-hoc tasks to support the accounting team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years accounting experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power-BI) experience
- Strong Excel Skills (vlookup, pivot tables, sumifs, etc.)
- NetSuite experience a plus
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Curious with a strong desire to learn
Requirements
This is a remote, full-time position Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm EST.
