Role Description

Gorilla Commerce is looking for an International AP Accountant who will report directly to the Senior Accountant. You will touch all areas of the accounting process in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. If you are passionate about gaining accounting knowledge and playing an important role in the department, this is a great opportunity.

Perform Accounts Payable functions by verifying invoices, paying vendors, keeping a record of payments, and updating any related schedules
Maintain financial reports, records and general ledger accounts
Complete month-end reconciliations on accounts including cash, credit cards, prepaids, accrued expenses, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
General bookkeeping in NetSuite
Assist with various ad-hoc reporting to assist leader decision making

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years accounting experience
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power-BI) experience
Strong Excel Skills (vlookup, pivot tables, sumifs, etc.)
NetSuite experience a plus
Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Curious with a strong desire to learn

Requirements

This is a remote, full-time position
Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm EST
