Role Description

Implementation Engineer — Remote (US Citizen Required)

• Location: Remote
• Duration: 6 months W/possible extension
• Rate: $35-40/hr on W2 with no benefits

• Ensure client solutions meet compatibility requirements with existing IT infrastructure
• Perform rigorous pre-implementation testing for stability, efficiency, and security
• Provide comprehensive documentation and SOPs for implemented systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation with timely solutions
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Evaluate post-implementation system performance and provide ongoing support and optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, related field, or equivalent technical training
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Data Center environments
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus platform switches
• Experience with Arista; Arista CVP desired
• Expertise with BGP
• Automation experience required (must have Ansible)
• Python experience is a plus
• Unix/Linux background is a plus
• CCIE preferred
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, investment banking) is a plus
