Role Description
Provides training, coaching, and technical assistance to support the implementation of programs at Urban Strategies - particularly, youth development programs within the Community Development Department. Under the direction of the Sr. Program Director of Health and Families, this role supports:

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum and instruction, public health, social work, human services, youth development, organizational development, or a related field.

Five (5)+ years of experience designing, delivering, and/or evaluating curriculum-based training, technical assistance, or professional development for child-, youth-, or family- serving programs.

Demonstrated subject matter expertise in evidence-based practices, positive youth development, prevention programming, implementation support, and adult learning approaches.

Experience leading curriculum implementation, facilitator onboarding, skill-building sessions, coaching cycles, communities of practice, or train-the-trainer models.

Ability to assess implementation quality through observations, fidelity tools, performance feedback, training data, and continuous quality improvement processes.

Strong ability to translate complex curriculum, program model, and implementation requirements into clear guidance, practical tools, and actionable technical assistance.

Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, coaching, organizational, and collaborative skills, with the ability to support teams across multiple initiatives.
Requirements

Master’s degree in education, curriculum and instruction, public health, social work, human services, youth development, organizational leadership, or a related field.

Five (5)+ years of experience serving as a curriculum, training, technical assistance, or implementation subject matter expert for evidence-based or evidence-informed youth-serving programs.

Experience developing implementation guides, facilitator resources, training plans, fidelity tools, coaching protocols, or quality improvement resources for culturally responsive and trauma-informed youth development services.

Five (5)+ years of experience working with Latino faith-based organizations.

Three (3)+ years of experience implementing Dibble’s Love Notes Evidence Based Curriculum.
