[Hiring] Workplace Assessor - Early Childhood Education @Up Education

Role Description

Independent Contractor role with flexible hours and a variable workload, servicing Traralgon/Bairnsdale/Lakes Entrance.

We’re seeking qualified and experienced Early Childhood Education professionals to join our contractor pool to conduct Structured Workplace Learning and Assessment (SWLA) visits for our students. In this role, you’ll:

• Visit learners in their workplace to assess skills and competencies in person.
• Observe and verify that tasks are completed to required standards.
• Communicate with workplace supervisors to confirm student performance.
• Complete and submit assessment documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Relevant Early Childhood Education qualifications (minimum Certificate IV, Diploma preferred).
• Current vocational competence and industry currency in Early Childhood Education.
• Assessing experience or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• Ability to travel locally to workplaces for assessment visits.
