Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced wedding planning coach to work with students and professionals building careers in wedding planning. This role includes:

• Teaching core skills in event design
• Timeline and logistics management
• Vendor management
• Venue selection
• Budget planning
• Client communication to help students deliver a seamless experience for every couple

Coaches also support the business side of the journey, including:

• Marketing and branding
• Freelancing
• Networking strategy for those building an independent wedding planning business

Ideal candidates have:

• Professional experience as a wedding planner
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping students grow both their craft and their business

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
