Role Description

Subject Matter Expert - Sanskrit and Hindi (National Curriculum) needed in an Education Group. (Remote role)

We are looking at bringing onboard a subject expert - Sanskrit and Hindi (National Curriculum) on a contractual/retainer basis.

• Be a part of the academic team and provide academic support to partner schools.
• Offer curriculum support to schools and be responsible for the creation, development, and maintenance of curriculum documents.
• Be accountable for the implementation of training to the school staff.
• Provide support for completion of all domain-related deliverables.
• Create and design lesson plans as per school requirements.
• Create & review question papers as per school requirements.
• Conduct lesson observations/micro-teaching sessions as required by schools and share feedback accordingly.
• Create and conduct master classes/workshops for students and staff of the schools, in physical or virtual format as needed.
• Design sample papers as per applicable CBSE guidelines as required by schools.

Qualifications

• B.Ed/P.hd in the Subject.
• Candidates with HOD level experience from a reputed school will be preferred.

• Effective and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) modified to suit different audience groups.
• Presentation capabilities, both ICT and non-ICT based.
• Effective listening skills to gather feedback and collate information.
• Experience and expertise in training.
• Ability to manage deliverables without supervision and follow up.
• Taking responsibility for situations and driving tasks/projects.
• Constantly following up with team members to ensure tasks are completed.
• The role could involve travel/visits to partner schools as per requirement.
