Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced quantitative finance coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in quant finance. This role includes:

• Helping students apply AI fundamentals and AI automation to modern quantitative workflows.
• Guiding students through the full career journey, including:
• Resume review
• Cover letters
• LinkedIn review
• Behavioral interview prep
• Technical interview prep
• Supporting salary negotiation, promotion strategy, and networking strategy to help candidates land the right role and grow within the field.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in quantitative finance.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down technical and career topics alike.
